In an increasingly fast-paced world it's easy to become overwhelmed with worry and anxiety. In the midst of chaos, our minds can also become consumed with negativity if this is what we feed it. But, when we follow Jesus' calling not to be anxious or worry about anything, and to live fully in the present with a spirit of peace, we can pivot into a positive space that shapes us to be Kingdom-focused followers of Christ - all by His grace. This is Living, Anxiety Free!
